As a theatrical director and former elementary school teacher, my career in Instructional Design is built on a love of teaching and storytelling. I have always loved teaching, but I was frustrated by dull textbooks and unimaginative curriculum. When I moved back to my home state to care for my ailing father, I took the opportunity to branch out into Information Technology and Instructional Design. I have now spent over two decades in this field, designing innovative in-person and online training for a variety of organizations.
